Hogan Lovells berät Invesco beim Ankauf eines 25hours Hotel in Florenz

5. Juli 2019 – Unter Leitung ihres Frankfurter Partners Marc P. Werner hat die internationale Wirtschaftskanzlei Hogan Lovells die Investmentgesellschaft Invesco Real Estate beim Ankauf eines 25hours Hotels in Florenz beraten. Die Transaktion wurde als Share Deal durchgeführt.

Das Hotel der Accor Marke 25hours mit 172 Zimmern wird von Art Invest Real Estate in einem teilweise denkmalgeschützten Palazzo im historischen Zentrum von Florenz errichtet und soll im Rahmen eines langfristigen Mietvertrags von der Lifestyle-Marke 25hours betrieben werden. Die Fertigstellung ist für 2020 geplant.

Hogan Lovells hat Invesco bei den Vertragsverhandlungen und allen rechtlichen Fragestellungen beraten.
